This policy explains what information Okudoh Consulting ("we", "us") collects, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, business name, email address, phone number.
- Information you share in the course of an engagement, so we can do the work.
- Basic correspondence records, including consent records for text messages.
We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Why we use it
- To deliver and administer consulting work you have asked for.
- To communicate with you about your engagement, by email, phone or text.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Mobile information
We will not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are collected only with your consent and used only to send the notifications described in our SMS Terms of Service. Text-message consent is never shared with anyone. Message frequency varies with your engagement, typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example email, messaging and accounting providers — and only to the extent they need it, or where the law requires disclosure.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- Withdraw consent for any optional communication by emailing us.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
